Terms of service

The service

OsteoLocal provides, by monthly subscription, a website, Google profile management and review management for osteopathy practices in Quebec. The contract is with SEKOIA Services Gérés Inc.

Subscription and payment

The plan is billed monthly, in advance, through Stripe. Applicable taxes (GST and QST) are added to the displayed price. No contract or minimum term: you can cancel anytime from your client area; the subscription ends at the end of the paid period.

Prices may change with 30 days' notice by email.

Your responsibilities

You approve content before anything goes live and remain responsible for the accuracy of the information and for compliance with your professional body's rules. Nothing is published on your behalf without your recorded agreement.

You hold the rights to the photos, logos and texts you provide.

What we do not do

We give no medical advice, process no patient data and guarantee no commercial result (number of visits, reviews or appointments).

Ownership and portability

The texts generated for you and your photos belong to you. You can export them at any time. Templates, code and the platform remain the property of SEKOIA Services Gérés Inc.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid during the last three months. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third parties (Google, Stripe, hosting providers).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec. Any dispute falls under the courts of the district of Montréal.
